Is my friend an ass?
Okay, so I work at McDonald's and my buddy comes in and we're just like "hey" and whatever. He orders a meal and I wait for him to pay me, but he's just looking around and the food comes in, and he just takes it and starts to walk away. So I call him and say "Uh...you gotta pay for that man" and then he goes "Hey, we're chill dude right?" then he turns around and walks out without ****ing even paying. Should I let this slide because he's my friend? Or was he wrong in doing this?

Make him pay you. Be like, "Hey dick, I already put it in the register so you have to pay." If he gives you money, keep it for your troubles.
Let him know that if he wants free food, it won't happen often and he'll have to wait until you get off of work and bring some home with you.

I don't think I'll be able to face him...I mean he really seemed convinced that I was cool with this, and he's a nice kid but just I guess not all there if you know what I mean. Maybe I should just let this one slide. I mean, this was the first time something like this has ever happened. But I can't just confront him because then I feel bad even though I know it's probably my right and his wrong. I dunno, it's just a guilt trip for me
when you ask for your money back dont say it laughing or in a playfull way, just demand it back and if he doesnt wanna pay then tell him to **** off. people like that like to throw theyr weight around and see what they can get away with with the expense of others. i hate people like that. you need to check his ass
Wouldn't certain actions make me look like the ass? I mean no matter how justified my actions are sometimes they just turn out wrongfully unintentional
