Question:
Pros with low inserting lats
Would someone happen to have some pictures of IFBB Pros that have low inserting lats. I'd like to see what the extremes are, low inserting and high inserting.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

This would be the other extreme:
i'm going to say look at Markus Ruhls Back (high lats)
Dillet...his lower back like looked like it was wayyyy long compared to his lats.
I actually think high lats look just as good if not better when they are developed
makes the waist appear smaller
in those two pics i prefer dennis' back, but thats just my opinion
High lats look better in some poses IMO.
And low lats have the same thing to them, better in some poses.
I have split lats, meaning i have high lats, but also can flex the lower lats, very very weird.

I don't think that high Lats look good at all! IMO, low Lats give you a look of serious mass & power. Is anybody with me on this one?

But there are sertain poses that to me, look better with high lats.

Levrone has very low inserted lats, they are at 1.24 of this video.
dexter had high lats, so did priest and dim to some extent. but its right when they say that high lats make the waste look extra tiny. check out capriese murray. real high lats, but it made his waste look hella tiny, and his already insane quad sweep even more insane.

Its hard for alot of people to fully know their insertions. You need low bodyfat and well developed lower lats to really know for sure. Lower lats for many people are among the last muscles to fully develope, I am one of these people. I have somewhat low insertions but my lower lat developement isnt good compared to my uppers which sometimes makes it seem as though my lats are higher.
