Question:
Wastefull WOrkout Plan?
Hello!
I am Samuel Evertson, and I am 16 years old. I do not know my BMI or anything, and I weight 185lbs at 6 foot 3 inches.
I need a new exercise plan, the one that I made myself does not work to well for me, I never feel sore, or like I really worked myself.
For your information I take NO-Explode before workouts, and I take 100% Natural Whey Protein twice a day. I have a really high metabolism, and mix healthy foods in with other not so healthy foods every day. I also take a multivitamin. I am not going for weight loss, just wanting to bulk up, and get some muscles.
From 13 years old until the Summer of 2007 when I was 16 I used to play video games all the time, and for the past month and a half now, I just jumped right into body building, and have been loving it, and have given up on video gaming because of it.
I spend about 2 to 2.5 hours every day on exercising. (This includes the running I do, which is about 2-3 miles of running every day).
I do the same exact workout every day, which I know is bad for you, and why I came here.
FIRST before you reply with anything, I only have dumbbells to work with at the momment, and no bench, I use a couch for things that require a bench, and my dumbells go from 5lbs up to 35 lbs in segments of 5.
Here is my workout plan:
I do bench pressed with 2 25lbs dumbells, and I do 3 sets of 25 reps, while laying flat on my back on the ground.
Then I do flyes (again on the ground, and im not sure if I do them 100% correctly) I do them with 15lbs weight, and I do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Then kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 reps with 15lbs weight.
Then I do Bent-Over Laterals, with 3 sets of 15 reps with 10lbs weight.
Bent Over Rows, 3 sets 15 reps 25 lbs weight.
Concentraiton Curles 3 sets 10 reps 25 lbs weight.
Alternating Hammer Curl 3 sets of 15 reps with 15 lbs weight.
Now I do my chest workouts, (or what I think is a workout), and I put 30 lbs on my chest with flat weights, and do sit ups (as many as I can) then take 20lbs off and do 10lbs crunches (as many as I can) for 3 sets.
I should say between each set I put a huge gap in, sometimes ever a 1 minute break. I know this is bad, thats why I am here asking for advice.
After that I go and do my running (anywhere from 1 to 4 miles).
I also do not do much lower body work, like with my legs, cuz I only have dumbbells, no barbells or anything. I need to start doing this.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do differently, or what I should do. Or even a whole new workout schedule? (Again only dumbbells). That would be great! I am trying to get bulky as fast as possible, and I have time to work out (and want to) every day of the week, taking weekends off usually.

Well im getting a bench soon, I need some advice on how I can make these weights work.. not just put downers.
