Question:
1 year progress!! (pics inside)
1 Attachment(s) 1 year later with 8kg packed on and with brand new stretch marks on both my shoulders (the stretch mark on my left shoulder is alot worse than the one on the right).
I seem to be loosing my abs a little but thats just a bit of fat that I have put on, which isnt too much.
what do you think?? good gains?

yeah i got stretch marks on my lower back And yeah so do I. Sucks, but I have had them for a long time and they have faded out quite a bit, but the ones on my shoulders are all red and ugly so I thank the invention of t shirts.

i got confused there for a min. the before pic usually goes on the left. i was like, 'he did a cut at 162lbs?' wtf

Arms and definitely better, delts a bit bigger too. Chest and traps look pretty much the same. Work them harder.
I forgot to say that I had 3 months out because of a shoulder injury because of a skiing accident.
Thanks for your advice :D My main goal now is to hit 85kg by summer 2008. And build bigger biceps too as they are lagging behind (you cant really see them from the picture).

looking big for 162, how tall are you?
also, nice gains on the arm's and good on you for not forgeting cardio to keep in a slim shape.
but imo you needed to work on chest a little more, there is a differance, but not a considerable one for a years work.
but good progress man, all i can suggest is realy work on that chest! once you pop it out a little you'll look great, also i'd suggest a little more of a bulk, clean if possible, work hard on your traps, and forget the ab's during a small bulk.
you obviously have a good body type and wont have to work them too much once you do a cut in order for them to stand out again.

Cant see back and legs obv but contrary to popular statements i think your chest grew a lot, it look much thicker and it looks like you concentrated on incline? The reason the progress isnt as obvious is maybe because the lower pecs are a bit behind and maybe you store fat around that area so it is hard to develop the defined ridge? (this is a prob i have too).

Cant tell much from your back pic, shows a little thickness but its too dark and really at the wrong angle. Hows your lat width?

I think a different angle or pose would help bring otu the chest, it doesn't look to be lagging as much as people are saying.
Good work on keeping near the same body fat percentage during a year-long bulk.
Do you think you can do the same pose as the old photo. Meaning just standing. It gives alot better image of progression wise.
