Lines between abs
How do you get them lines between your abs which make it look more toned so you can tell that its not just one length?
When i look at my abs when theres a light on or its darker i can see my abs good, but when its light in the day time it just looks like a long layer of muscle?

Thanks Diet. Eat right. Try cutting if you've been bulking. Other then that, just work your abs every other day. I work them out every other day, because your abs recovery rather fast.
But LOL lighting does a great deal of work for people to look bigger and more ripped...

this is so true, i look insanely ripped at my friends house, and then considerable less cut at mine. weird as hell.
