Answer:

Congratulations on your massive loss :)
what are your goals? I think that is too much cardio and will only eat into the muscle you have. The girls prepping for contest do that much cardio so i dont see why it is necessary for you.
Your carbs are pretty low too so no wonder you are so tired :(
As far as the weights are concerned Im not so sure on his theory but others will no doubt give a more experienced answer.

Answer:

thanks fitmUm my goals areto loose more fat and gain muscle I have fall in love with training it gives me a high when I'm doing it I wonder why it didn't click before. you know how much carb if Im eating 60g. should I go to 90g. well thanks for the reply.

Answer:

There is a point when you are first starting out and wanting to lose fat that you do need to do more cardio than you would later on. As you are doing cardio, don't forget to lift those weights and eat enough protien too.
As you are close to reaching your fat loss goal, then you can drop some cardio and continue with the weights. By the time you have a good amount of muscle that is showing, the cardio should be only about twice a week.
Hope this helps and good luck ;)
