Question:
can not get rid of this freaking belly fat
i hate it.. honestly.. this droopy Y-like split at the bottom and the love handles.. i run 2+ miles a day @ 5-6mph, and i am weight lifting every other day. i am doing ab/midsection exercises (oblique stretches+weights, weight-bench bicycles, leg lifts, et al.) and i feel as though i am at an impasse. any suggestions?

Its going to take a LONG time for your body to correct that , but your in this healthy lifestyle for the long haul right?
If so just keep at it, in a year or so itll probally start to get better. Just don't drastically reduce your calories in an effort to get rid of that cause youll just feel like crap and destroy your muscles and be extremely skinny fat.
just go on a diet of tuna for a year then ull be the best
It is freaking weird aint it? >.< everybody else that is overweight that I know has just like.. a circly belly.. I got like a freaking pinched race track..rofl Well it seems to me it's loose skin, but I don't think it's THAT bad, bulk to fill in the space, and as you grow up it will eventually tighten up. Ive got loose skin to a lower extent also, only appears if I hold my skin and pull it away form my body though lol. It's sad how after all that effort to loose weight some things come back to haunt you later... Did you loose weight too fast or something?

Did you loose weight too fast or something? yea i'm pretty sure i did cause i never really actually researched how to lose weight until only recently.. so i just cut alot of foods (3 light meals a day) and ran my ass off.. i was dropping pounds daily

I didn't run though, and I ended up as a skinny motherfuker.
Good thing we're still young, plenty of time for our skins to recover :)
